So I challenge you – show up and be a leader, the voice of reason and compassion. If you can focus on that, you will do a great service, and build your business in the long run.

Every day brings more crazy news. In the 90s I was talking with a friend about the new way of working – having contracts instead of jobs for life, working from home or hot-desking. And how this way of working would affect our lives.

We are about to find out.

Thank you to the key workers

I want to extend my thoughts to all who have been affected by the COVID-19 virus. If you are sick, or caring for a sick family member, or separated from loved ones, my thoughts are with you.

Of course, the first thing in our minds right now are the vulnerable people and how to keep them safe, and the medical and other front line staff who continue to be amazing.

But the world has changed.

Be a leader

So I challenge you to be a real leader. Don’t be afraid of making sales, or thinking about marketing. Commerce needs to happen, and the flow of money is important for our future economy.

Sure we are human, and we need to go through the fundamental changes and grieving process, but let’s try to think positively.

Even if you don’t have an email list, or a group of followers. Just do something. Contact me if you need help.

Be kind and thoughtful, stay calm, and focus on the future.

So I challenge you – show up and be a leader, the voice of reason and compassion.

If you can focus on that, you will do a great service, and build your business in the long run.

Stay safe and well.
